This session will focus on the importance of building staff resilience and capacity to support pupils with an attachment-aware, trauma-informed approach.
What to expect:
- Practical Strategies: Take away ideas you can use in the classroom and across the school.
- Collaborative problem-solving: Work with colleagues to explore real scenarios and develop shared approaches that can be implemented consistently across your school.
- Self-care techniques: Strategies to support staff in maintaining their own wellbeing whilst supporting pupils with challenging experiences.
