At Holy Angels Pre-school, we understand that behaviour is communication. Every child arrives with their own experiences, and some carry more than others. Our trauma-informed approach means we look beyond what we see to ask what a child might need. We prioritise safety, predictability and calm, nurturing relationships, giving children trusted adults who help them make sense of big feelings. Through co-regulation, gentle routines and an environment designed to soothe, children learn they are safe to explore, play and grow. We reflect, train and support each other as a team, so every adult responds with curiosity, compassion and consistency.
