This session will focus on how the leadership team developed TIAA practice within the staff team and successfully implemented a restorative approach, within the wider school community. This will also include a tour of the school, modelling effective resources and strategies used at Woodlands and sharing the qualitative and quantitative data that demonstrates the positive impact this has had on our children and school community and time for Q&A.
