Trauma informed practice is more than a behaviour approach. It is a whole school culture. This session explores how every stakeholder, including leaders, teachers, support staff, dinner supervisors, governors, families and partner agencies, contributes to creating safe, consistent and nurturing environments. Discover how relationship building, role specific training, adaptable behaviour expectations and shared understanding strengthen confidence, enhance staff wellbeing and promote consistent responses across the school.
