This session will focus on the importance of developing a culture of belonging and how this links to our use of emotion coaching and out attachment-aware, trauma-informed approach.
What to expect:
- Practical Strategies: Take away ideas you can use in the classroom and across the school.
- Language Focus: Learn how the words we choose make a difference, with examples of effective language for calming, connecting and coaching children.
- Policy in Practice: See how belonging is embedding in our school culture and how emotion coaching links directly with our behaviour policy, reinforcing consistent, supportive approaches across our school.
