ARC Director of Partnerships Update - September 2024

Welcome back everyone - and welcome to a number of exciting changes at ARC. My focus over the summer break has been to review and refine our members platform. The content of our EP developed and reviewed Audit and Matrix remains the same, but we have improved their functionality and how they link together in response to feedback.

You will see that as you complete your Audit, you can now select whether you want that area to move across to your Development Plan - if so all the notes and actions you have captured in the Audit will automatically populate your Development Plan. You can also still add bespoke actions to your plan too, and can download any of the documents as a pdf at any time. I'll be refreshing the guidance on using the tools and as always welcome any feedback as you start to use them. A couple of updates are still being made but the full functionality will be live from Monday 23rd September so please do log on.

In addition, we continue to upload new resources including banks of example relational policies as well as case studies of schools and settings who have made positive changes to their approach.

We have also been developing our Learning Programme and now have a full schedule of in person and virtual learning events that you can access for free, and you'll be reminded of what's coming up in regular bulletins. These will be complemented by regional in person conferences in spring/summer 2025, more to follow soon on those. Most of you are booked in for the National conference on 19th November but if you haven't yet secured your ticket please book here.

As always, please do drop me a line on zoe@the-arc.org.uk to share what is happening in your area and discuss how ARC might further support you.
