The ARC Learning Programme aims to create and maintain a national network of Learning Hubs. Learning Hubs are schools or educational settings that are leading practitioners of Relational Approaches including trauma informed and attachment aware practice. This network will establish centres of excellence in Early Years, Primary, Secondary, Post 16, and Special and Alternative Provision including Pupil Referral Units across the country.

To become a Learning Hub, the school or educational setting must be able to clearly demonstrate their trauma informed and attachment aware work, normally this will have been recognised through a nomination for an ARC Timpson Attachment Aware Schools Award. Their status as a Learning Hub will also be supported by their Virtual School Head Teacher.

A Learning Hub is supported by ARC to share their experiences, learning and practice across their local or regional Trauma Informed and Attachment Aware Schools (TIAAS) network. During an academic year, they will run Learning Events, both in person events and on-line webinars as well as publish articles for the ARC website and monthly newsletter.

ARC is committed to growing this network and sharing the work across the country and through different educational settings  as well as within the Social Care, Health and Criminal Justice Systems.
