This session is aimed at schools that may already use relational practice but would like to see how this can be embedded to reach every child, every day. We will consider how adopting a relationship-based behaviour approach can be transformative for schools, with a focus on how changing systems and processes can ensure a school attachment aware. We will consider how to create a school-wide check-system and demonstrate the impact of relational practice on attendance, behaviour and achievement.
