Hosting in partnership with Flourish, this webinar will explore how schools can create a whole-school culture of belonging and inclusion that supports every child to thrive.
Tom Clarkson, Assistant Principal at Beacon Hill Academy in Dudley, will share the key strategies and initiatives that have helped to build a strong culture centred on belonging, positive relationships and trauma-informed practice.
Emma Thomas, Virtual School Head at Dudley Council, will provide the Virtual School's perspective on this work, highlighting the importance of collaborative approaches in supporting vulnerable children and young people.
