This session will focus on how we have successfully developed our behaviour policy, resulting in a significant impact on pupils attitudes and behaviour. We will take participants through how we have worked closely with the EPs and behaviour specialists to develop this policy. We will discuss with you how our policy and practice, based on relational approaches and a non shaming culture, enable us to maintain very high standards of behaviour.
