ARC and the Futures Trust Learning Alliance invite professionals from Education, Social Care, Health and Criminal Justice to join this exciting forum for discussion. The event has been organised to enhance shared learning about Trauma Informed and Attachment Aware approaches and how they support Relational approaches for our children and young people locally, nationally and internationally.

The ARC Chair, Andy Wright, will be joined by Lynda Knight-de Blois to lead the session.

Lynda Knight-de Blois


Lynda is Principal of Glenview Primary School in Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand. She is an Advanced Trainer with Dr Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model in Education and she delivers professional development and training in Trauma-informed and

Neuroscience - aware Education. Lynda is the Co-lead of a network of 13 schools and has effectively led the implementation of a neuroscience-informed wellbeing project for disadvantaged young people.

She has been awarded a 2024 Winston Churchill Memorial Fund fellowship and is travelling in the UK to research effective strategies and approaches which support, re-engage and regulate students affected by stress, trauma or sensory processing complexities. She looks forward to connecting with educators doing similar work - on the other side of the world.
